Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. Mix sugar, oil, and vanilla together in a medium bowl; beat in eggs until well combined. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl; gradually stir into egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake the batter for 28 to 31 minutes, or until the edges of the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut butter filling. In a large bowl, add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup softened butter. Beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Instructions. Black Bean Brownies Recipe: Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well. (A blender can work if you absolutely must, but the texture—and even the taste—will be much better in a food processor.
Top with the Oreos in a grid pattern (6 rows of 4 Oreos per row for a total of 24 Oreos). Set aside. Meanwhile, for the brownies: In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter and chopped chocolate bar over medium-low heat, stirring until melted. Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes, then stir in the granulated sugar and beat well.

Make brownie batter as directed on box, adding reserved egg yolk. Reserve 1/2 cup brownie batter; set aside. Spread remaining batter in pan. Spoon filling by tablespoonful dollops evenly onto batter, making 3 rows by 3 rows.
Grease a 9×13" brownie pan. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully mixed. In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Stir the eggs and melted butter into the dry mixture until fully combined and there are no lumps in the batter. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Whisk until the chocolate is melted. The heat of the butter should be enough to melt the chocolate completely, but if not, heat the mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and whisk again. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add the sugars, salt and vanilla. And whisk to combine.
